Soft aqua/turquoise textured mid weight material
Probably polyester mix. 
Fitted front seam button dress, front split,
Dress and coat fully lined in silky polyester. 
Lace trim detail to dress lower bust/waist, coat collar. 
Coat has rouleau loops to waistline, open skirt. 
Bow detail to coat with popper, hook and eye fastening. 
Stunning for a mother of the bride wedding/christening etc.
